Paula A. Holt is an experienced attorney serving Denver Metro clients through Holt Resolution Group, LLC. Over the past 15 years, she has racked up incredible experience, having received mentorship working for Colorado’s top Family Law attorneys James J. Keil, Jr., Richard Rotole, and Justin Ross.  Before going into private practice Paula also clerked for First Judicial District Judge Randall C. Arp. These qualifications help her better serve her clients with grace and professionalism, especially in high-conflict matters.

Paula now focuses her practice on Mediation, Arbitration, State Court Appeals and Magistrate Reviews. Paula also teaches as a Full Teaching Professor of Business Ethics and Legal Studies in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
